This is the demo site for WearAccounts, UK bookkeeping and tax software that runs inside your own WordPress site.
We use this site to show WearAccounts working with sample businesses: a limited company that isn’t VAT registered, a VAT-registered limited company and a sole trader. All the figures here are made up. No real business or customer data is stored on this site.
What you’ll be able to try
- The Setup Wizard: set up a business, its VAT status and year end in plain English.
- Bank import: bring in a statement from Tide, Monzo, Starling or the high-street banks and sort the lines into categories.
- Reports: profit and loss, balance sheet and trial balance, built from a double-entry ledger that always balances.
- Tax figures: a running Corporation Tax or Self Assessment estimate, and a 9-box VAT return with the transactions behind every box.
Getting access
The demo login isn’t open to the public yet while we finish the first release. If you’d like a look sooner, or want to know when licences go on sale, get in touch.
WearAccounts keeps your records and works out figures from them. It is not tax advice: check figures with your accountant before you file.
